1. Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using Bookstly, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person, one account.

3. Community content

You keep ownership of the reviews, comments, photos and corrections you post. By posting them you grant Bookstly a non-exclusive license to host and display that content within the service. Only upload images you have the right to share.

4. Acceptable use

• No harassment, hate speech, threats or targeted abuse.
• No spam, scraping, vote manipulation or fake accounts.
• No illegal, infringing or sexually explicit material.
• No attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

5. Moderation

Readers can report content, and our moderators may hide, restore or remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms. Catalog corrections are reviewed by staff before they go live.

6. Book data

Book metadata and covers come from Open Library and community contributions, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Points and ranks have no monetary value.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Bookstly is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
